I haven't received my Thinkpad in the mail yet but I know that IBM has a
hidden partition (at least on recent Thinkpads) that could be affecting
something. Use something like partition magic to check out what you have as
far as partitions. The hidden partition contains the Windows setup files if
you need to reinstall.
