Holy cow! I sent this at 6:27am, it went to my mail server immediately,
but then took 3 hours to connect to Cox's server, and another 11 hours
to get delivered! This is unheard of and unacceptable.
Also, whoever's in charge of
lists.plug.phoenix.az.us/pluglist.macrosift.com, you need to set the
clock. It's running 12 minutes fast.
Let's see how long it takes this message. (This message is a test
message, to determine of Cox was just having temporary problems, their
definition at least, or if there's something bigger.)
