I basically agree with Bryce here but if you compare

http://www.apple.com/ibook/specs.html> you will see that the PowerBook
has "pro level" options like built in BlueTooth. I think of a PowerBook
as being for someone who doesn't have a desktop in any form. An iBook
is more for the person who needs a portable computer to supplement
their desktop.

Yeah. That is the best place to get recent vintage Apples. Developer
and Academic pricing is also a good deal.
