I am a member of the MLUG, for about 6 years now.

I'll bite -- what is a geocaching team? And why not 4WD club?

Don't know yet, but the relatives are in Chandler and Gilbert.
My wife's Aunt used to be in Tempe before moving to Gilbert.
Grandma lived in Pine for 50 years. I am right now partial to the East area
Where would it be better to live? As far as housing is concerned? I'm not
partial to places that have associations.
