I think that would be great.

Whichever one he prefers.

We might want to make a list of patents that interest us. If he has time and
background to cover them that would be great. For instance, there are the
amazon patents as well as the ones amazon is accused of violating.

It would be cool to know that it takes to get a patent. Maybe a review of
the patent wording of the GPL and new Apache license as well as how orgs
like w3c, ieee and ietf deal with patents. Not expecting all that, just
saying those are areas that we would be interested in.
