The ISP should be checking that the sending IP belongs to one of their
blocks ( and is coming in on the appropriate interface ), and that the From=
:
addy is from one of their allowable domains. Hostname is 100% irrelevant.
Maybe even check that the From: addy belongs to the account currently
sitting on the IP.
