knoppix card

ctrl-alt-f4 for Knoppix. Or maybe f5.

Knoppix only starts 3 or 4 terminal consoles rather than the 6 that most
distros start. When X starts it grabs the next available terminal, so less
consoles puts X on a lower numbered terminal.

Using the root shell from the menu is probably generally the better way to
go anyway.
