Freenode has been up all morning for me. You might want to check your
network services. You can also get in via a "proxy buster" at:

http://www.gnuenterprise.org/cgi-bin/irc-proxy/irc.cgi

I believe #plug is taken, but certainly we can come up with something
else. I personally would like to see #azoto :) but azlinux or phxlinux or
phxlug would suffice.
