I agree with this, in that I run processes that go about every five
minutes. Every morning when I wake up there are between 4 and 5 time out
errors. Which means the service was unable to job 4 or 5 times over the
night. I also find 1 or 2 when I come home from work. Best I can tell I
have not seen but one or two "extended" outages (more than 10 minutes),
but it appears that the network is not highly stable.

I wish VDSL was available in my area. :(
