Your numbers imply uptime < 99.98%. Your actual numbers are certainly worse.

Note that the majority last less than two minutes. These are real outages, not
glitches. Then when they get bad, they get bad for days.

Even with a business account their tech. support is basically useless.

I used to get much better connect times with basically no interruptions when I
was using a dedicated dialup on a phone line :-(

It was pretty slow tho.
