Running an app or two out of testing or unstable might be fine. Heck, I
think we need to get apt out of testing :).
Using unofficial backports for things like X would also be fine, but we hav=

to be careful about which unofficial backports we use.

I think we need to have a few people who specialize in firewall installs.
Maybe use one of the mini-distro firewall thingies?
I'd rather that we use debian, but I see the merit of a smaller footprint,
especially one that's got a good interface.
