My Logitech wireless mouse works fine using:

# **********************************************************************
# Pointer section
# **********************************************************************

Section "InputDevice"

    Identifier "Mouse1"
    Driver "mouse"
    Option "Protocol" "IMPS/2"
    Option "Device" "/dev/usbmouse"
    Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
# Option "Emulate3Buttons"
# Option "Emulate3Timeout" "50"

# ChordMiddle is an option for some 3-button Logitech mice

# Option "ChordMiddle"

EndSection

Using /dev/psaux for Device works if I am using the ps2 adapter instead of USB.

A Google search for 'Logitech Navigator XF86Config' returns a lot of hits.

This shouldn't be too hard...
