How to determine which /dev/sd* for my digital camera

I second the suggestion to upgrade your kernel. I could only mount my
digital camera via the /dev/scsi/host0/bus0... until I upgraded from
2.4.20 to 2.4.21. I couldn't even get it to work at all on 2.4.18. If
you look at the changelogs between 2.4.8 and 2.4.21 you'll see a
multitude of usb-storage enhancements and bug fixes.
