cat /proc/scsi/scsi

Send in the results from that.

Look in /proc/bus/usb and try lsusb.

Use lsmod to see if you have usb-storage loaded. If not use 'modprobe
usb-storage' to load it, then use dmesg to look at the output messages from
loading usb-storage.
