Subject: Debian kernel recompile
I did an apt-get remove <kernel> although in lilo.conf I still have both =
images listed. Can I remove Linux and then rename LinuxOLD to Linux? =

Also this link -->http://www.linuxman.com.cy/rute/node34.html seems to ha=
ve a good how to on implementing initrd do you have any other suggestions=
?

Below is part of my lilo.conf =

image=3D/vmlinuz
        label=3DLinux
        read-only
#       restricted
#       alias=3D1

image=3D/vmlinuz.old
        label=3DLinuxOLD
        read-only
        optional
#       restricted
#       alias=3D2
