Just an FYI. Nothing prevents you from bringing your own chairs. Since
we are local, there is no reason you couldn't bring folding canvas
camping chairs (I hope that is a good description). I know from doing
lots of non-profit booths.=20
Bringing your own stuff is a God send. For example in New York (talk
about teamster hell). They want like $100 a week for trash service and
$200 a week to vaccum your booth. $500 a week for chairs etc. We showed
up a day early. Went to KMart. Bought upright dustbuster $39.99, trash
can $3.99 and 4 folding camping chairs 24.99 (for all four). MUCH
cheaper than paying for their services. :) We dropped all the materials
off at a charity on the last day. As we didnt have room to tote them
home.
