Waging War on Business

It is perfectly reasonable for copyright holders to enforce copyrights.
All software licensing depends on it.

I dont see the distinction. If violating copyright is wrong its wrong.
It shouldn't matter who you are. For example we do not say murdering your
neighbor is ok as long as you are not a bounty hunter who monetarily gains
from it. If you put legal moral markers in the ground they should be
consistent.
