Hi Derek,

Well, I have said all along that piracy is wrong for both business and home
users. I just have a larger problem with it when it comes to business,
since the entire premise of being in business is ultimately to make some
money. That means the business wouldn't be pirating and installing software
onto computers unless there was at least an expectation that the tools would
make some money... I'm not letting home users off the hook here, just
pointing out that it is a matter of degrees. The violation of just about
any law is recognized as fitting within a number of different categories or
degrees, depending upon the circumstances. For instance, was the act
deliberate or not?
