Subject: FW: [Balug-talk] Lucent RG-1000 Wireless Access points for $60
Insight has the upgrade (RG-1100) for $170. 128-bit WEP instead of 40-bit WEP.
WEP may not be totally secure, but it keeps your idiot nosy neighbors off your
network, just use something like Snort or Air Snort to watch for suspicious
traffic on your Wireless LAN.

wouldn't mind something like this for when I move out at the end of the month.
Will have a gateway for my Wireless Orinoco card in my laptop and the rest of my
machines that will be on a wired network. Wonder how secure it is as a firewall
for Net access.
