Netscape (applications settings) and CItrix ICA

There was a time many moons ago when I had Netscape(?)
configured to properly open .ica files. No more :-(

I have the citrix client installed just fine (for those
citrix guys out there, the new client is nice in that in allows
you to specify server locations:-) , but I can't seem to get Netscape
to fire up the client for my published apps written to ica files
on the web server.

Any tips would surely be apprectiated.
