I went to the PhoenixDSL website, and at the
bottom it says "Phoenix Networks." Is this
the same DSL provider that people on this
list recommend? If it is, is the following
true?
The solution is obvious: If your business
can't or won't provide ISP services, DON'T
call yourself an ISP.

PhoenixDSL is upsetting residential customers by
cutting off the entire alt. and binary trees of
usenet news. Getting between a surfer and their
usenet feed can result in nasty cuts, but Phoenix
are hanging tough, directing users to the various
external web usenet sources instead.
