Update: Tomorrow meeting additions

We have made a couple of additions to tomorrow's Devel Meeting topic.

Along with Ed's presentation on REST (REpresentational State Transfer), we 
will add:

- A show and tell on the EPP Trac site.

- Update on the EPP from Joseph

- A discussion of and publishing GPG keys, especially for those 
participating in the EPP.  (This will not be a full key signing party, I 
don't think, but this HowTo has good overview/background information 
about keys. http://www.cryptnet.net/fdp/crypto/gpg-party.html)

EPP == Event Planner Project (I think).
