EPP inventory data model

I've done some work on the inventory schema since the last meeting.  
Unfortunately, I did not get as far as I wanted.  I apologize for not posting 
sooner.

By the next meeting I hope to have this draft of Inventory done as well as a 
draft for "Agents".

Agents will be a contact or Rolodex database.  The reason for the different 
name is that it should track all agents that interact with the database.  
This includes persons in the strict sense, corporations, and automated 
processes.
