Cox Business views Email as a cost center that's a "required" function of
having a business ISP service. It's not a money maker for them, so with the
lack of the carrot, I'm surprised it still exists at all except the token
account that you're getting. I don't think Cox has had Email admins
employed for a number of years (I didn't know anyone when I left there in
2020).
