The 13 was about $1300 for self-assemble. Pre-assembled is another 2 or 3
hundred dollars.

They default to windows, but several Linux distributions are supported.

I don't know about screen readers.

For another install today I saw that the new LTS version of Ubuntu asked
about accessibility and included screen reader as an option, but that was
several screens in.
