That should be your first sign NOT to work for them, as their software is
obviously terrible, and they employ no proper technical management to see
it fixed.
Flash's only good use today is as a malware runtime, much like java, only
zombie enterprise software like Oracle and Cisco uses and refuses to
rewrite crap old code that still uses it 15 years longer than they should
have.
