I know of a number of pieces of software that can do it, but none of it
is completely automatic.
Kdenlive has the automask effect that can track objects. It works OK
under very good circumstances.
the ones that work well are Blender and Natron; it's far from automatic
but the results are very very good. If there are a lot of people, it
will be a huge PITA though.
