Basically, *PDFEscape* is a really good online tool for PDF editing. And I
bought *PDF-XChange Viewer* (arond $35) for signatures, etc. PDF-XChange
Viewer in free mode works great too as an Acrobat Reader replacement
(lighter and faster), so the download is worhtwhile in any case.
