Yes, the Helping Americ Vote Act of 2006 is federal law. High time!
I'm not sure about braille or large print ballots I for one have been
making regular use of the Edge voting machine which supports audio
voting and also accomodates a user interface for those who lack motor
skills like quadrapolegics.
