I think your premise is wrong. I believe that truly useful topics will
draw crowds. In addition, truly useful topics should be repeated
periodically to bring in new folks who have missed them.

Astonishing decision-makers, well, I haven't a clue there. I'm not sure
that's what the plug users meetings are for though.
