Congratulations to the team (Joseph Ruix && Michael Jones) who captured the first flag at Estrellamountain.edu on Saturday, employing Lab 1 SSH dictionary attack via Hydra to take the "web server"!
Extra credit for taking the tag to the next step by running X11 forwarded root SSH, and Firefox to :0.0 display /root files.

Also, kudos to the ARP Poisoning that kept everyone from accurately attacking the web server for 90 minutes!
It WAS WONDERFUL to have a class lab with booted BackTrack on working training machines with Cisco network and internet access! Thanks to Randy Larsen and Joey Prestia for putting that together for us.
CALL for Presentations!
Everyone continues to want demonstrations at each Fest, so we invite any and all to step up and WOW us?
