Also, this is the same company that operates chandler and gilbert?? WiFi
networks. I don't know if Gilbert ever happened but I am pretty sure I
have seen access points in chandler.
Innovating on the network (dual mode WiFi/Cellular, or something else
clever) may make it feasible. But otherwise Municipal WiFi is a drag.
