Gobility had recently purchased it from MobilePro. http://www.hawkassociates.com/moblpr268.aspx So this is the second sale this year. Also, this is the same company that operates chandler and gilbert?? WiFi networks. I don't know if Gilbert ever happened but I am pretty sure I have seen access points in chandler. Innovating on the network (dual mode WiFi/Cellular, or something else clever) may make it feasible. But otherwise Municipal WiFi is a drag.
