Anything is going to look/feel/be better than your old Red Hat 9 as
things have been rapidly improving across the board. I don't know about
SuSE or openSuSE but I do know about Fedora and Ubuntu around here. In
some aspects, Fedora is better and in some, Ubuntu is better.
