I had horrible service from Cox, and good service from Qwest. So have
others. And then there are lots of people on the flip side.

And the same question about Cox. I think the truth is that either
company has a large network, with the quality varying greatly by
neighborhood due to how well the installation was done, how old the
wires are, age/quality of the local switching stuff, etc., etc.
You want to know whether to go with Qwest or Cox? Ask your neighbors,
because they will tell you more about how it'll be for YOU.
