Make sure you allow the appropriate overrides.
Make sure you compartmentalize as appropriate to keep customer A from
getting info about customer B.
CMSen like drupal and joomla have upload modules. Somewhat overboard,
though.
There are also standalone projects or wikis that might be lightweight and
do what you need.
