Apache API hackers

Hello,

Any hardcore mod_perl people here? I am looking to get in touch with
people who have experience hacking the Apache API, preferably with Perl.
Also if you have any books for sale, I would be interested in purchasing
them. Please no toplinks from Google, I need real guidance here.
