Installing phpMyAdmin was difficult to configure my first go around. Now I just copy my config file after installing it and I'm off to the races ...........

Installing and configuring stuff takes time .... I want it easy :) and Fast .... and Free ... :)

I assume you mean the Ubuntu option of installing a LAMP stack as part of the OS installation. If so, then I think the answer is 'no'. http://www.debianadmin.com/ubuntu610-edgy-lamp-server-installation-with-screenshots.html The only packages I saw mentioned for this setup were Apache, MySQL, and PHP.

But seriously, how hard is it to install phpMyAdmin if you're doing PHP development anyway? ;)
