Subject: Update Manager Confusion
This machine is running Ubuntu 6.10. Today when I turned it on, the Update
Manager panel notifier told me I had one update available. When I opened
the update manager itself using the notifier icon, it said I had one
security update and two "Distribution updates" neither of which were
checkable or selectable.

After installing the security update, the update manager always rechecks and
it still shows the two Distribution updates (libggi2 and mplayer) but they
are still not checkable or selectable. Any ideas?
