This machine is running Ubuntu 6.10.  Today when I turned it on, the Update Manager panel notifier told me I had one update available.  When I opened the update manager itself using the notifier icon, it said I had one security update and two "Distribution updates" neither of which were checkable or selectable.
<br><br>After installing the security update, the update manager always rechecks and it still shows the two Distribution updates (libggi2 and mplayer) but they are still not checkable or selectable.&nbsp; Any ideas?<br clear="all">
