the parity errors began when I installed a scsi card so I'm very sure it has
to do with that. In any case the new command (sorry I didn't think of dmeg
and tail beig two seperate commands) did produce a new output. The baseline
and just placing the the PDA in its cradle gave me the same result as before
but when I pressed the snync button I got something different.I kept
increasing the tail variable until the parity error was displayed: (the
camera sync output remained the same as yesterday <bad parity error>)
