It varies. Sometimes just 2 or 3, sometimes a handful or more. Quite

Sometimes too few, or we might be lacking a certain (varying) bit of
expertise.
Never too many. Everyone does a good job of checking their egos at the
door (as far as I've noticed). There always seems to be some interesting
discussion too.
