Not online except within the PLUG Steering Committee.

What made Joomla! stand out is that, of the Steering Committee members who
had an opinion, two were more familiar with it and the other voted for
Drupal. Mostly it came down to me. Being the one in charge of it, I was
already familiar with Joomla! and had no experience with Drupal.
The discussion was something like:
Me: "We need something since the current postNuke is really broken."
Me: "We have a host! Cool!"
One: "I think Drupal."
Me: "I know Joomla!"
Two: "I like Joomla!"
Me: "I'll do Joomla!"
One: "Fine."
Two: "Cool."
You could say it was "sixes"[1].

[1] "Sixes" is a short way of saying "6 of one, half a dozen of another."
