Subject: How to set up modem on Mandriva 2006

Among the zillion menu and submenu options on my new Mandriva 2006
installation, I can't find anything to set up the modem (laptop internal) nor
even to identify what modem it is. Also can't find the 'kppp' program which
is what I used to set it up on my old Mandrake 8.1 system. Where is what I
need hidden?
