I've heard a thing to watch for, esp. with low-cost ISPs, is "fake unlimited".
A few months ago in Maximum PC, they had a story about someone who bought
'unlimited' access and was then told "you're using it too much, we're freezing
the account for the month". Other variations include a "xxx hours per month,
y.yy per hour after" which may be poorly documented.

seems that some of the comments and the table entries don't match on details, so
be sure and double-check a promising result.
