cox residential service doesn't allow you to run your own mail or web
server. Their business accounts can run any services so if that's what
you want to do, get a business account. They also offer multiple ip
addresses on business accounts. Sort of solves your problems with one
solution.

As to multiple names on a single certificate - see subjAltName or you
might be able to do some kind of wild card cn. Recognize though, that
one of the security issues is to have reverse dns match your ip which
matches your certificate and when you try to have multiple hosts or
wildcard type entries in your certificate, it pretty much defeats some
of the security of a certificate.
