Not sure what your marks for a good netmeeting is but, take a look at the
OpenH323 (Web Conferencing) system.
I haven't used it but am planning on setting one up (the good Lord willing
and the creek don't rise).
A client with a T1 connection has given me permission to place one at his
company.
