If you want high speed, I don't know what to tell you. If you're not totally
set on broadband and you like the cost-savings of dialup, I recommend
Intergate.com . I pay $8.25/month. It's very fast and reliable for dialup.
I block popups and have a hosts file that blocks most ads so my bandwidth
isn't hogged by flashy animated garbage. I surf at home almost as fast, and
sometimes faster than I can at work using Cox. The only thing I can't do is
large downloads.
If cable or DSL was available where I live I might consider it, but personally
I don't feel like I'm missing much.
