Subject: FYI: ThinFlash USB Drive Thin Client
ThinFlash[1] is 200MB mini-Slackware (A, AP, N, X series) which boots from 256MB USB key drive. It is designed for thin-client operation, connecting to both Linux server (XDM) and Windows server (RDP). It can also serve as "rescue disk".

Shell script is used to install standard Slackware distribution, directly from CD (/dev/cdrom) to USB key drive (/dev/sda). Since USB key shows up as SCSI harddisk, the installation process is identical to any harddisk install.

Looks like out northern neighbors have not been idle during the cold, dark Canadian winter.
