Margin problems with CUPS

I am running CUPS v1.1.23 on Debian Sarge and am having a line
cut off of the top of every page I print, along with the headers.

I'm trying to use kprinter to print web articles, and in the preview,
I am shown everything that turns up missing...

I don't know what is happening, could anybody help me?
